Opening hours
You can reach us by phone:
Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00
Our showroom has the same opening hours.
The flagship-store is open as follows:
Tuesday - Friday from 11:00 - 18:00
Saturday from 11:00 - 16:00
Consultations or collections outside opening hours by appointment.
What are SYSTEM4's delivery times?
As a rule, the delivery time is 3–6 working days.
How do you assemble SYSTEM4 furniture? Is there an assembly service?
What is the load capacity of SYSTEM4 furniture?
Shelves can carry a maximum load of 50 kg.
Drawers can carry a maximum load of 35 kg.
Castors can carry a load of 25 kg. For example, if a piece of furniture has four castors, it can carry a maximum load of 100 kg, including the weight of the furniture and its contents.
Can the colours also be ordered as samples?
The colours can also be ordered as samples. These will be sent to you by e-mail on request. You can also find colour samples in our flagship store in Zurich and showroom in Dielsdorf.
Is it possible to create a cable opening?
If you would like to route cables through the back of your SYSTEM4 furniture, you can replace the continuous rear panel with two smaller rear panels – arranged either horizontally or vertically. This creates a gap roughly the diameter of a tube, through which cables can be routed easily.

Can you write on a folded-out flap door?
Lighter objects can be placed on an open flap door. As it gives slightly under additional load, it is only suitable for writing on to a limited extent.
